We treat products deriving from a subsequent step in the processing of natural raw materials. Among these: virgin pomace, virgin peanut, exhausted pomace, exhausted pomace powder, peanut deriving from the processing of exhausted pomace, wheat processing bran, wood chips, corn, cornmeal, grape seed and many other useful materials which contribute to create “other living matter”.
By-products from other processes become the “fuel” for the production of electricity. Leonardos L.t.d. is highly sensitive to the themes of ecology and eco-sustainable energies. We firmly believe that producing clean energy means benefiting the global economy and society.

VIRGIN POMACE

It is the solid by-product of the mechanical processing of olives.

PEANUT DERIVING FROM THE PROCESSING OF EXHAUSTED POMACE

It derives from the processing of pomace in the pomace factory.

CORN SILAGE AND CORN FLOUR

This product is also used for energy uses, as well as in biodigestor factories.

VIRGIN POMACE STONE

It is the woody by-product deriving from the mechanical processing of the olives and virgin pomace.

GRAPE SEED

It consists of the seed of the grape, pulp, skin and grape seed which is obtained after its use. It is worked up to drying (for combustion and the production of electricity).

WOOD CHIPS

They are flakes of wood deriving from logs cut with chippers.

EXHAUSTED POMACE

It is the by-product deriving from the virgin pomace, after the extraction through n-esano.

WHEAT PROCESSING BRAN

It is a very valuable derivative due to its high concentration of vegetable fibers. In addition to consumption for animal use, it is also used for energy use.

EXHAUSTED POMACE POWDER

It is the by-product deriving from the mechanical sieve of the olives and virgin pomace that separates the stone.
